The quality of being friendly, generous, to support and considerate someone are called kindness. Kindness is a type of behavior marked by acts of generosity, consideration, or concern for others, without having an expectation of praise or reward. It is considered a virtue and is recognized as a value in many cultures and religions.

Kindness promotes empathy and compassion; which in turn, leads to a sense of interconnectedness with others. When we practice random acts of kindness, it releases positivity: We feel better and the recipients of our acts feel better, which then makes them more likely to be kind to other people.

“Be kind, for whenever kindness becomes part of something, it beautifies it. Whenever it is taken from something, it leaves it tarnished.” Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)

So for spreading the positivity I taken some steps and did few act of kindness.

Feeding Animals

Feeding animals is a good example of kindness. I feed cat with milk regularly. It developed an attachment between us.

Help to publish an Article

I guided my class fellow about the instructions of a medical journal. I helped him in submission of article for publishing.

Make help in studies

I helped my junior fellow to make account on zoom app and guided how to use properly. It was great help for her. She did not attend her class since last two weeks due to this issue.

Giving Gifts

A gift or a present is an item given to someone without the expectation of payment or anything in return. I gave gifts to my younger sister on the occasion of Eid. This made her happy very much. She became cheerful.

Take for Swimming

I took my nephew to swimming pool in a hot summer day. This made him feel happy and cool. He enjoyed a lot.
